Public Notice: Eco City-3 Land Pooling (06-02-2026)

The Land Acquisition Collector, Department of Housing and Urban Development, SAS Nagar, hereby informs all concerned landowners whose land has been acquired for the Eco City-3 Project that the Land Pooling process is currently active.

Landowners are requested to submit or revise their land pooling applications as per the approved plot size options detailed below.

Land Pooling Options

A. Residential Plots Only

Landowners opting for residential plots may choose from the following plot sizes based on the total land area (measured in kanals):

• Residential plot sizes include 500 sq. yds., 400 sq. yds., and 200 sq. yds.
• The maximum number of plots depends on the total land holding.
• Eligibility and allocation are strictly as per the official land pooling policy.
  

  B. Residential + Commercial Plots

Landowners may also opt for a combination of residential and commercial plots, subject to eligibility:

• Residential plot sizes: 500 / 400 / 200 sq. yds.
• Commercial plot size: 100 sq. yds.
• The number of plots varies according to total land area.

Important Instructions

1. Fresh Applications

Landowners who have not yet applied are advised to download the application form, fill in the required revenue details, and submit it to the office of the Land Acquisition Collector (LAC), GMADA.

2. Revision of Options

Landowners who have already applied may revise their land pooling options within 15 days of this notice by visiting the LAC office during working hours.

3. Automatic Entitlement

If no revision is submitted within the stipulated period, entitlements will be issued automatically as per the approved plot size table.
